HNW / Private Clients Claims Technician

About the role

This remote position supports a specialist High Net Worth (HNW) team, handling household and domestic property claims from initial notification through to final settlement. You will act as the primary liaison for brokers, insurers and policyholders, ensuring a fast, high‑quality service that meets the expectations of affluent clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end claims processing for HNW and private client policies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, insurers and policyholders, providing timely updates.
• Coordinate with field adjusters to ensure smooth claim progression.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Support the team in meeting service level agreements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in domestic property or household claims.
• Ability to communicate clearly and calmly with high‑expectation clients.
• Willingness to obtain or already hold CII or CILA certification.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
