Home Delivery Driver – Join a Leading Retail Brand

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers to join our team and become the face of Iceland to our customers. In this role you will deliver grocery orders directly to homes, ensuring a friendly and reliable service while staying active on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload vans safely, following manual handling procedures.
• Conduct pre‑journey vehicle checks and adhere to safe driving practices.
• Deliver orders within scheduled time slots, ensuring food arrives in optimal condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing the brand positively.
• Assist in store operations when required.
• Work independently, managing time and routes efficiently.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety and safe loading practices.

Required skills

• Valid full driving licence.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely.
