Hospitality Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager to support AI‑driven workflows across travel, real estate, hospitality, and event strategy. This remote, project‑based role involves designing prompts for large language models and evaluating their outputs to improve operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI‑related initiatives focused on travel, real estate, hospitality, and event strategy workflows.
• Design rubric‑style prompts for large language models and assess AI‑generated outputs.
• Create and review structured evaluation tasks for tourism, property operations, hospitality services, and event planning.
• Evaluate model reasoning, operational practicality, and the quality of customer‑facing communications.
• Contribute domain expertise to enhance AI systems used in hospitality, tourism, and real‑estate environments.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, tourism, or event‑strategy roles.
• Prior work on Mercor rubric‑style tasks is preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows within travel, hospitality, property management, or events.
• Ability to design effective prompts and critically evaluate LLM responses.
• Excellent analytical thinking and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
