Hospitality Trainer – Manchester Airport

About the role

Join Aspire Lounges at Manchester Airport as a Hospitality Trainer, delivering world‑class guest experiences and shaping the skills of our lounge staff. You will work closely with the General Manager and Regional Training Department to embed Aspire’s service standards across the lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom‑based and on‑the‑job training aligned with global and local Aspire standards.
• Lead structured induction programmes for new colleagues, covering brand values, service standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain full training compliance, ensuring mandatory and recurrent training is completed, recorded and audit‑ready.
• Update training systems and databases to reflect colleague progress and compliance.
• Partner with the Regional Training Team to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Coach, mentor and develop colleagues through observation, feedback and in‑lounge coaching.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced travel environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop a diverse team.
• Commitment to Aspire’s People Pillar values – empathy, efficiency and discretion.
• Ability to ensure regulatory and mandatory training compliance and maintain accurate records.
