Lounge Agent – Premium Customer Service at Manchester Airport

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Lounge Agent to deliver a warm, professional and personalised service to premium customers in the newly‑opened Manchester Lounge. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests enjoy the enhanced dining and premium facilities while maintaining Emirates’ high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the Emirates Lounge, introduce facilities and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Maintain presentation, service and hospitality standards in partnership with catering, cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Support operational tasks such as boarding passes, seat changes, transit check‑in, reservation updates and boarding from the lounge.
• Provide flight information updates and communicate any changes to guests.
• Handle stock control, reporting, audits and other administrative activities to keep the lounge running smoothly.
• Assist the wider airport team with ticket desk duties and airport operations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, aviation or a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage international customers.
• Ability to stay calm, professional and organised in a busy operational setting.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and ability to obtain an airport pass.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns at Manchester Airport.
