Housekeeper – Private Experience (Part‑time)

About the role

The Private Experience at The Dalmore Distillery is a luxury visitor attraction where immaculate presentation is essential. As a Housekeeper you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas, supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑ and post‑visit cleaning of tour areas, washrooms, and preparation zones.
• Maintain on‑the‑spot cleanliness during tours and events.
• Order and manage cleaning supplies to ensure constant availability.
• Support the Host team when required, including setting out glassware, preparing simple food and drink, and moving light furniture.
• Assist with gift‑wrapping, packaging, and occasional evening or weekend duties as agreed.

Required profile

• Experience in cleaning within a luxury or high‑standard environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends.
• Willingness to learn host‑related tasks after training.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning.
• Ability to order and control cleaning products.
