HR Project Manager – Transformation Programme

About the role

This position offers an exciting chance to join a major transformation programme within a large, complex organisation. As an HR Project Manager you will drive people‑focused change, particularly around TUPE transfers, organisational redesign and HR transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end HR transformation projects, from initiation through delivery.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project schedules, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Deliver complex organisational change programmes, including TUPE‑related activities.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across HR, Operations and Transformation functions.
• Support the rollout of new HR processes, operating models and ways of working.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering HR transformation programmes as a Project Manager.
• Alternatively, a strong HR background with experience moving into project or transformation roles.
• Experience managing TUPE transfers is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of change management and organisational transformation.
• Ability to thrive in complex, fast‑paced environments.

• Salary of £80,000‑£90,000 per year.
• 18‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Hybrid working model – 2‑3 days per week onsite in Birmingham.
