HR Specialist – People Analytics & Operations (London)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join a newly created People Analytics and Operations team at a leading US hedge fund expanding across EMEA. Based in London, you will work closely with a Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR transformation, analytics, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key events across the employee lifecycle while supporting performance management and year‑end compensation reviews for technology and investment business lines.
• Lead integration of HR processes onto the Workday platform, including onboarding, global mobility, reporting and payroll.
• Identify and implement automation or streamlining opportunities for existing HR workflows.
• Support the rollout of people‑analytics and HR data tools, and contribute to GenAI projects within the HR function.
• Collaborate with HR Assistants and a project manager to ensure seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as an HR Analyst, Generalist, or within a People Analytics/HR Data Analytics team at a leading asset manager or bank.
• Demonstrated exposure to change management, project delivery, or HR transformation initiatives.
• Open to candidates completing an HR graduate scheme with a rotation in a projects team.

Required skills

• Workday HRIS proficiency.
