HR Systems Coordinator

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established education organisation to find an experienced HR Systems Coordinator on a temporary basis. The role starts in late August or early September and runs until the end of November, supporting the HR team remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HR Information System (experience with Every is a plus).
• Manage user access, permissions and security settings.
• Provide first‑line system support and troubleshoot user queries.
• Ensure HR data is accurate, compliant and of high quality.
• Support data‑cleansing activities and improve system reliability.
• Assist with HR systems projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support pay review processes and TUPE‑related data activities as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting or administering HR systems, preferably in an education setting.
• Experience with pay review processes and TUPE‑related data.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• HR Information System administration (e.g., Every or similar).
• Data management and cleansing.
• User access and security configuration.
• System troubleshooting and support.
