IAM Architect – Identity & Access Management Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead a strategic IdAM transformation programme. You will assess the current identity landscape, define a future‑state architecture and guide the migration to a modern Identity Provider strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the organisation's IAM strategy and operating model.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews and technical assessments of the existing ecosystem (Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, legacy SIS).
• Define a target‑state identity architecture aligned with business and security requirements.
• Evaluate platform options such as Entra ID, Okta, Auth0 and produce consolidation recommendations.
• Design a phased migration roadmap toward a unified identity platform.
• Establish identity governance, lifecycle management and access control frameworks.
• Drive business change, stakeholder engagement and adoption throughout the programme.
• Perform a focused assessment of the Auth0 platform, including integration, duplication risks and user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IAM transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate security and business requirements into technical architecture.
• Experience delivering migration roadmaps and governance frameworks.
