Identity Management Officer

About the role

The Identity Management Officer is responsible for granting access to restricted areas of Heathrow Airport in line with Heathrow Security Standards and Department for Transport statutory requirements. You will deliver a customer‑focused identity management service, reviewing applications, ensuring compliance, and issuing passes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and stakeholders while maintaining professional standards.
• Support customers through the pass application process, verify paperwork, and conduct compliance checks.
• Issue, re‑validate and record passes according to ID Centre policy.
• Accurately input data into Heathrow IT systems and maintain personal records, invoicing and technical information.
• Undertake a range of identity processes and ensure data quality and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional communication skills with all organisational levels.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy when handling data.
