Infrastructure Engineer (Mac experience)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys solving problems and working across a fast‑paced technology business. The role combines day‑to‑day IT support with the delivery of new infrastructure projects, giving you variety and ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the company’s infrastructure and end‑user environment.
• Implement and roll out new infrastructure, systems and technologies.
• Maintain device environments and endpoint security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
• Support and improve the MDM environment.
• Work across both Mac and Windows platforms.
• Contribute to IT projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business and provide technical assistance where needed.
• Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution.

Required profile

• Solid experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Engineer or similar.
• Strong experience supporting Mac environments.
• Experience with MDM/endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Windows environments.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, security and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to implement and roll out new technologies or infrastructure.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving.
• Experience in a start‑up, scale‑up or fast‑paced environment is advantageous.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and contribute beyond the core role.
