Infrastructure & Enterprise Systems Engineer (London)

About the role

Expedia Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Enterprise Systems Engineer to modernise and secure the end‑user computing environment for its London office. The role focuses on secure browser management, Windows endpoint administration and Azure Virtual Desktop, combining deep engineering expertise with operational ownership and a security‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and harden enterprise browser environments, enforcing data protection and policy compliance through tools such as Intune, Group Policy and MDM.
• Administer and optimise Azure Virtual Desktop and modern workspace solutions for enterprise users.
• Manage Windows endpoint and server configurations, including identity and access controls (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure configurations meet compliance and risk requirements.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell) and explore AI‑driven operations to improve incident response and system insights.
• Troubleshoot complex cross‑platform issues and drive continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure engineering or IT operations within a regulated or security‑focused environment.
• Strong hands‑on background in secure enterprise browser management and policy enforcement.
• Experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop at scale.
• Solid knowledge of Windows endpoint and server administration, Active Directory and identity management.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
