Insights Data Analyst Apprentice

About the role

This role sits within the combined Insights and Sales Operations department, supporting business functions with clear data and insight. The Insight function drives profitability by supporting marketing and identifying opportunities for existing and prospective customers. While the Sales Operations side maintains account information and pricing, the focus of this apprenticeship is on delivering accurate analysis and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience or proven interest in the drinks, hospitality, retail or FMCG sector
• Logical and analytical thinker with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A‑C), including Maths and English
