Installation Supervisor

About the role

Vestas is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead daily coordination and execution of offshore wind installation projects. You will work closely with the Deputy Installation Manager and Lifting Supervisor to ensure safe, high‑quality delivery across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the work scope on each installation site.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring tasks are performed safely and meet Vestas quality standards.
• Prepare and hand over documentation such as Work Instructions and Method Statements.
• Collaborate with external technicians, consultants, and resource managers.
• Actively intervene to resolve issues that arise during installation.

Required profile

• Mechanical or electrical academic background.
• Experience in the wind industry, including reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Full GWO training and certification.
• Ability to pass offshore medical and fitness assessments.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certification.
