Insurance Solicitor – Property Damage (Hybrid, £85-100k)

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Damage Associate to join a leading Commercial Insurance team. You will manage a varied caseload of high‑value property damage disputes while working with an impressive portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex property‑related claims, including third‑party damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior colleagues.
• Ensure matters progress in line with the firm’s high client‑service standards and strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Property Damage, Property Litigation or Subrogated Recoveries.
• Strong background in insurance‑related property claims.
• Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness and ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Mentoring or supervisory experience is advantageous.
