Interim Senior FP&A Manager – Commercial FP&A (3-6 month contract)

About the role

Global Accounting Network is partnering with a global creative and communications client to hire an interim Senior FP&A Manager (Commercial FP&A) on an initial 3‑6 month contract, with potential for a permanent role. The position is hands‑on and commercially focused, responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting and acting as a key finance business partner to the Executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four within the FP&A function.
• Own the end‑to‑end planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Maintain and develop the Planful forecasting system.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting to deliver clear commercial insight.
• Partner with the Executive team, providing analysis, challenge and insight.
• Translate financial data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive planning and performance management.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tech, SaaS or professional services with a strong commercial FP&A background.
• Extensive FP&A, forecasting and budgeting expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a finance team.
• Excellent commercial acumen and business‑partnering skills.
• Highly analytical, driver‑based approach to financial analysis.
• Strong systems and data literacy with quick learning ability.
