International Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for an International Financial Controller to join our vertically integrated coffee group in Amman, Jordan. The role will report to the Group CFO and Founder and will be responsible for financial management across multiple entities, currencies and business lines, from sourcing to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts for all group entities and maintain inter‑company schedules and consolidations.
• Own weekly and monthly cash‑flow forecasting, reporting and month‑end close activities.
• Coordinate with UK accountants on statutory accounts and filings.
• Monitor operational performance, margins and working capital across sourcing, roasting, hospitality and trading operations.
• Maintain trade finance and financing deal tracking, reconcile procurement, logistics and supplier payments.
• Support lender and investor reporting requirements.
• Improve financial visibility, internal controls and reporting discipline by building practical systems and processes.
