Investment Banking Analyst / Associate – Technology & Services

About the role

We are seeking an Analyst or Associate to join our Technology & Services team in London. The role will support mid‑market M&A transactions across software, tech‑enabled and business services sectors, providing direct exposure to senior bankers and clients from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A deals, including due diligence, valuation and financial modelling.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books and transaction documentation.
• Conduct sector research on technology, services and growth markets.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop deal strategies and execution plans.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities.
• Exposure to technology, services or related growth sectors.
• Background in an investment bank, advisory boutique or accountancy deals team.
• ACA/ACCA qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
