IT Operations & Support Engineer – EMEA/UK

About the role

Postman is looking for its first IT Operations & Support professional in the EMEA region. You will provide hands‑on technical assistance to employees across multiple time zones, maintain the UK office infrastructure, and act as the bridge between the US and India IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct IT support for troubleshooting, account management, hardware provisioning, and employee onboarding/offboarding across EMEA.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for the UK office and remote EMEA staff.
• Manage local hardware inventory, including provisioning, shipping, and refresh cycles.
• Maintain office IT infrastructure such as network, AV, and conference rooms in the UK.
• Collaborate with US and India IT teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent service quality.
• Identify and escalate regional vendor or process issues, especially those related to time‑zone differences.
• Contribute to global IT documentation, capturing EMEA‑specific nuances.
• Support regional compliance requirements, including GDPR‑related IT controls and data residency considerations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or support, preferably in a technology company.
• Strong Mac support expertise in an Apple‑first environment.
• Self‑directed, resourceful, and comfortable working independently as the sole regional IT representative.
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones with US and India teams.
