About the role
Cirrus Logic is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its global IT department. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, delivering friendly and efficient support across a range of platforms and devices.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, log and prioritize incidents and service requests via the Service Desk.
- Provide first‑ and second‑line troubleshooting for Windows, macOS and Linux desktops.
- Support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools and common desktop applications.
- Perform user account administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Assist with mobile device management for iOS and Android devices.
- Support audio‑visual equipment and meeting‑room technology.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external suppliers to resolve complex issues.
- Manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, including ordering, preparing and deploying equipment.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account creation and equipment setup.
- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles and asset records.
Required profile
- Degree in Computing or related field, or equivalent practical IT support experience.
- Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
