IV Therapy Nurse – Liverpool (Homecare)

About the role

Inizio Engage is seeking a qualified IV Therapy Nurse to join its Patient Solutions Programme, delivering home‑care services across Liverpool. You will act as a Clinical Nurse Advisor, providing direct patient care, education and clinical support both in‑person and virtually.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care according to service protocols, including face‑to‑face and virtual consultations.
• Educate patients, families and carers on IV therapy, treatment plans and self‑care.
• Monitor, record and report adverse events and clinical incidents.
• Participate in service audits, feedback loops and team meetings to improve patient experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company policies, compliance standards and professional development requirements.

Required profile

• Current NMC registration (Adult or Children’s Nurse).
• Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year post‑registration experience.
• Desirable experience with CVAD or parenteral nutrition.
• Full UK driving licence and satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems.
• Experience using Android devices for clinical documentation.
