Junior Creative 3D Designer

About the role

You will join the creative heart of our 3D team, working closely with creative designers, design directors and strategists to turn concepts into reality. The role offers hands‑on experience in spatial design within a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Associate Creative Director of Spatial Design and follow their guidance.
• Assist senior designers in producing spatial layouts, conceptual renders and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to team priorities.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure technical execution of designs.
• Support the creative vision from concept through to completion, with occasional independent project ownership.
• Travel occasionally for on‑site delivery in the UK and internationally.

Required profile

• A portfolio that demonstrates creative flair and an understanding of spatial design.
• 1–2 years of experience in spatial design, from architecture, interior design, or events/exhibition design.
• Knowledge of 3D software, preferably Sketchup with Enscape.
• Basic grasp of spatial layouts, composition and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate designs to team members and suppliers.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage several projects with precision.
• Collaborative, proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per year, based on experience.
• Full‑time, office‑based role in our Shoreditch studio with in‑person mentorship.
