About the role

Join Invesco’s Investment20/20 Programme as a Junior EMEA ETF Product Management Analyst. This 12‑month fixed‑term placement offers school‑leavers the chance to gain hands‑on experience in ETF analytics, product development and client communication across equities, fixed income and commodities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quantitative analytics for ETFs, including performance, tracking and fund‑flow analysis.
• Respond promptly to ad‑hoc sales requests for product information while ensuring compliance with external material standards.
• Produce content for client presentations, regular product updates and internal performance reports.
• Collaborate with product, content and compliance teams to deliver client‑ready materials.
• Develop and maintain analytical tools using Excel/VB and Python to automate and streamline processes.
• Build a detailed understanding of Invesco ETFs and communicate insights to sales and marketing.

Required profile

• Recent school leaver or graduate eager to start a career in finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
