Junior Graphic & Jersey Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially minded Junior Graphic & Jersey Designer to join our growing central London team. The role focuses on womenswear and youth‑focused fashion, translating trend insights into on‑trend, market‑ready graphics and jersey styles.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, all‑over prints, placement prints, embroideries and jersey styles.
• Work across product categories such as fashion tees, lingerie, nightwear, swim and beachwear.
• Create and present trend‑led mood boards to internal teams and clients.
• Attend buyer meetings and collaborate closely with the design and product teams.
• Research trends from catwalks, retail, and social media to inform design direction.

Required profile

• Experience in womenswear design, either with a supplier, brand or retailer.
• Strong commercial eye for high‑street trends.
• Organised, proactive and confident working in a small, fast‑paced team.
• Based in London or within a commutable distance.
