Junior Legal PA – Media & Entertainment – £31k Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Legal PA to join our Intellectual Property team within a leading Media & Entertainment law firm. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and the chance to support high‑profile clients across film, TV, music, publishing and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Intellectual Property team.
• Manage file opening and closing, document production, photocopying, scanning and bundle preparation for hearings.
• Support billing, expenses and accounting processes with accuracy.
• Maintain client files (digital and hard copy) ensuring they are organised and compliant.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Compliance and Finance to streamline departmental processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of administration experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong IT capability with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive “can‑do” mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, discreet and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Eagerness to learn, grow and build a career within a respected law firm.
