Junior Paraplanner – London

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join a high‑performing Advice Delivery Team in London. Working closely with senior Paraplanners, you will support the full advice process, from research to documentation, while gaining exposure to pension and investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Send, monitor and chase Letters of Authority (LOAs) with providers.
• Conduct high‑quality research, gather policy information and record it in Provider Information Forms and Curo.
• Perform asset‑allocation research using FEAnalytics and internal tools.
• Obtain protection and annuity quotes and prepare pension illustrations.
• Assist with pension transfer analysis using SelectaPension.
• Maintain accurate client records and update advisers, Paraplanners and CSAs on pipeline progress.
• Draft simple advice letters and tax calculations under supervision.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as required.

Required profile

• Current experience in a Junior Paraplanning or similar support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with advisers and third‑party providers.
