Junior Parts Advisor (Trainee)

About the Role

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and looking to launch your career in a dynamic environment? Yeomans Hyundai & Mazda is offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our busy Bexhill branch. You will work alongside an experienced parts team, gaining hands-on expertise in all aspects of a high-volume parts department.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist workshop customers, trade professionals, and private individuals with parts inquiries across all communication channels.
• Identify and maximize sales opportunities to drive department growth.
• Manage stock levels, process orders, and handle incoming goods.
• Manage warranty returns and new parts processing.
• Provide occasional support to the wider Aftersales department.

Candidate Profile

• A strong desire to learn and grow within the automotive sector (no prior experience required).
• High attention to detail and a proactive, initiative-taking mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to work within a team.
• A valid and clean UK driving license is essential.
• GCSE Grade A-C (9-4) is preferred.
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
