Key Holder (8 Hours) – Part‑time Retail Role

About the role

Poundstretcher is looking for a motivated part‑time Key Holder to support one of its Scunthorpe stores. You will work 8 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime, helping to keep the shop running smoothly and delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for every customer.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store KPIs.
• Support profitability by following store procedures and loss‑prevention measures.
• Assist the Store and Deputy Managers with day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain company standards, health and safety, and store presentation.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated with a "get things done" attitude.
• Enjoys working in a team and motivating colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for retail.
• Organised and able to manage responsibilities independently.
