KYC Systems Administrator (FenX/Fenergo)

About the role

Ebury is looking for a KYC Systems Administrator to configure and maintain the FenX (Fenergo) platform. You will help ensure robust, compliant solutions that enable global money movement for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the FenX platform according to Ebury’s requirements and validate functional changes.
• Support acceptance testing, respond to functional queries, and update configurations as needed.
• Collaborate with the Product Team on requirements and testing outcomes.
• Assist in defect triage throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Follow internal governance and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience configuring Fen-X (Fenergo) platform.
• Strong business analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Ability to prioritize and escalate issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail, organized and results‑oriented.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
