Latin America Travel Designer – Luxury Private Travel

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Latin America Travel Designer to join a luxury private travel company. You will work closely with clients to create bespoke, responsible holidays across the Latin American region, leveraging your personal travel experience and deep knowledge of the destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via video call, email and telephone to understand their preferences and build strong relationships.
• Design and curate personalised itineraries that immerse guests in local culture while adhering to sustainable travel practices.
• Close sales, manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Support the marketing team by contributing editorial content about Latin American destinations.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with local suppliers and source new travel products.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for Latin America with extensive personal travel experience in the region.
• Commitment to responsible, sustainable tourism.
• Excellent listening, empathy and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems creatively.
• Motivated, driven and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £28,000‑£34,000 plus a generous commission structure (~£10,000).
• Full‑time hybrid working: 4 days in the London office, 1 day remote.
