Lead Consultant – PowerBI Reporting

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to own end‑to‑end reporting solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM) using Power BI. The role is based in London and focuses on translating HR, payroll and talent data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture reporting requirements across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Career Development.
• Define functional specifications and collaborate with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards.
• Work with data‑modeling teams to create a semantic reporting model and validate data structures, joins and metrics.
• Partner with testing teams to develop and execute functional reporting test cases.
• Engage with HR, Payroll, IT, Data and PMO stakeholders throughout design walkthroughs, governance checkpoints and hyper‑care support.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of HCM KPIs, metrics and reporting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integrations.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and stakeholder‑management skills.
