Lead, Strategic Finance - Deals (International)

About the role

Snowflake is hiring an International Strategic Engagements Deal Lead to own the commercial structuring and execution of its most consequential customer engagements outside North America. You will serve as the in‑region point of contact for Strategic Engagements across EMEA, APAC and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own international deal economics, building economic frames for multi‑year capacity, hybrid AI structures and multi‑product agreements.
• Lead regional commercial structuring, incorporating pricing, competitive benchmarks and multi‑currency considerations.
• Provide time‑zone coverage and act as the escalation point for live deals in the region.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships with regional Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Accounting and Sales leadership.
• Shape commercial outcomes, track concessions against margin thresholds and coach regional AEs on negotiation strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years in strategic finance, deal desk, pricing, commercial operations or investment banking, with a record of structuring complex international deals.
• Experience handling enterprise deals > $75M TCV, multi‑year capacity, consumption commitments and multi‑currency exposure.
• Deep regional commercial fluency, including pricing dynamics, revenue‑recognition treatment and regulatory constraints.
• Strong financial modeling ability to create economic models, scenario analyses and concession ledgers.
• Comfort engaging senior customer stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, CPO) on commercial structure and pricing.
