Lead Trainer

About the role

The Lead Trainer will elevate service quality across Wheely's London chauffeur fleet, ensuring every driver consistently delivers the company's five‑star luxury experience. You will design, deliver and adapt training programmes, act as the voice of the chauffeur and provide one‑to‑one coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions for chauffeurs focused on luxury customer service standards.
• Maintain and create London‑specific learning content and initiatives.
• Assess chauffeur performance against Wheely standards and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions to improve individual performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for chauffeurs, answering queries and providing guidance.
• Collaborate with training teams in other regions to share best practices and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a specialised training role with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact programmes.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑facing environment, preferably within the luxury or premium transport sector.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining exacting service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and a desire to develop others.
