Learning Consultant – Design & Deliver Impactful Learning

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Consultant to design, develop and deliver high‑impact learning solutions that drive performance across the business. Working remotely with occasional travel to Bristol, you will partner with leaders to bring our learning offer to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high‑quality learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
• Lead key programmes and pathways using a ‘train‑the‑trainer’ approach.
• Facilitate a range of learning activities from induction to initiative‑led programmes.
• Track impact, gather feedback and continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Create targeted communications to raise awareness of the learning catalogue.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to shape learning experiences.
• Champion a culture of continuous, digital and self‑directed learning.
• Collaborate with wider teams to share best practice and enhance the learner experience.

Required profile

• Confident instructional design and facilitation skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build trust quickly with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience turning briefs into agile, scalable learning solutions.
• Commercial awareness of the business from customer, patient and colleague perspectives.
• Effective coaching and influencing skills to support performance development.
