About the role
This 12.5‑month placement in the Broughton Industrial Academy supports Airbus’s Learning & Development function. You will work with a passionate team delivering training for production, lean tools and manufacturing engineering, collaborating with colleagues across Europe and the US.
Key responsibilities
- Support the review and development of learning solutions.
- Utilise digital teaching methods and new technologies.
- Participate in meetings with managers, colleagues and internal customers.
- Assist in delivering practical training sessions in workshops.
Required profile
- Enrolled in an HR, business administration or related technical degree and remain an undergraduate for the full placement.
- Strong interest in STEM subjects and willingness to work in a technical team environment.
- Ability to obtain BPSS and, if required, UK SC‑level security clearance.
What we offer
- Salary of £24,246 per year.
- 35‑hour work week with flexible and hybrid working options.
- Half‑day Fridays and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
