Learning Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to act as a performance detective, identifying real performance gaps and designing innovative learning solutions. The role blends facilitation, digital content creation, and AI‑enabled tools to drive measurable improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with teams to uncover hidden performance gaps through interviews and data analysis.
• Design and develop tailored learning interventions – workshops, digital modules, AI‑powered tools, or curated learning paths.
• Facilitate virtual or face‑to‑face sessions, ship solutions and track their impact.
• Iterate on solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Prototype concepts using tools such as PowerPoint and explore AI applications to enhance learning experiences.

Required profile

• Creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas and approaches.
• Curious about people, problems, and emerging technologies, especially AI.
• Confident facilitator comfortable presenting to groups, both virtual and in‑person.
• Hands‑on maker able to create and curate digital learning content.
• Resilient, self‑sufficient and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• PowerPoint for rapid prototyping and presentation design.
