Lecturer in Global Business Management

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer to join our BA (Hons) Global Business Management programme delivered in partnership with the University of Suffolk. The role involves teaching across undergraduate levels with flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess student work to meet defined learning outcomes.
• Develop, update and improve course materials and teaching resources.
• Employ a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage diverse learners.
• Participate in staff development activities, peer observations and departmental meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant subject (PhD desirable).
• Previous UK higher‑education lecturing experience in business or related fields.
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge of global business management topics.
• Experience supervising student work and delivering constructive feedback.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital learning platforms and assessment tools.
