Legal Operations Manager – 3-6 month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Operations Manager to lead a 3‑6 month project building the systems, processes and tooling that will enable Omnea’s legal function to scale rapidly across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve end‑to‑end contracting workflows, from intake and triage through signature and storage.
• Build, maintain and roll out templates, playbooks and self‑serve legal resources.
• Evaluate, implement and manage legal tech tools such as CLM, e‑signature, entity management and AI‑powered solutions.
• Track, measure and report on legal KPIs, matter volumes, cycle times and external spend.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and vendors, including budgeting and performance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Security and Procurement to streamline deal‑desk and approval processes.

Required profile

• Experience in legal operations, preferably at a high‑growth SaaS or technology company.
• Strong project‑management and process‑design skills with a bias for automation.
• Ability to map workflows, identify bottlenecks and redesign processes for efficiency.
• Data‑driven mindset that turns metrics into actionable decisions.
• Commercial awareness of how legal operations impact business outcomes.
