About the role

This is a fast‑paced, senior Legal Personal Assistant position supporting a team of Partners and Associates at a leading US‑based law firm operating in London. The role offers a competitive salary up to £58,000 plus a top‑tier benefits package.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain fee earners' diaries and meeting schedules.
Process, draft, amend and proof‑read lengthy legal documents.
Arrange travel itineraries and manage expense claims.
Handle inboxes, liaise with clients and coordinate billing processes.
Maintain accurate records and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the legal team.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years experience as a Legal Secretary/PA at partner level.
Proven ability to work in a high‑pressure, corporate legal environment.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Hybrid working preference (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
