Legal PA – Private Client – Up to £40k – Hybrid 3:2

About the role

This position is for a proactive Legal Personal Assistant supporting busy fee earners within a leading private client practice. You will become an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate travel for fee earners.
• Handle inbox management, prioritising correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain client liaison, building and sustaining professional relationships.
• Produce, organise and file legal documents, supporting case preparation.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers, acting as their trusted right‑hand.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Legal PA within a private client environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in diary and inbox management tools.
• Experience with document production and file management systems.
