Legal Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Legal Sales Consultant to join our remote UK team. You will help a fast‑growing start‑up deliver affordable legal services to start‑ups and small businesses, supporting business development and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, text and phone.
• Use legal knowledge to scope client needs and act as the first point of contact.
• Write accurate legal briefs for the internal legal team.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
• Manage relationships through effective sales strategies.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, including attending business and development events.
• Explain technical solutions clearly and simply to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues while showing initiative, organisation and autonomy.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a legal or sales role.
• Passion for the company’s mission to make legal services accessible.
• Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team player.
• High energy and motivation in a fast‑paced environment.
