Legal Secretary – Private Wealth

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Legal Secretary to support a busy Private Wealth team at a leading London law firm. The role involves high‑level administrative assistance to senior associates in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage busy inboxes and calendars for fee earners.
- Coordinate meetings, events and related logistics.
- Prepare, edit and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
- Support billing, finance, compliance and expense processes.
- Liaise with Executive Assistants and wider support teams.
- Monitor deadlines and prioritize competing workloads.
- Provide coverage during holidays and staff absences.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm.
- Previous exposure to Private Wealth matters, including probate, trusts and tax.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload.
