Letting Negotiator – Residential Lettings Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Letting Negotiator to join our prestigious South West London estate agency. You will manage the tenancy process from initial client registration through viewings, negotiations and hand‑over, working with high‑profile residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of prospective tenants, building relationships and matching applicants to suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings, assess affordability and suitability, and guide applicants through the rental process.
• Negotiate tenancy offers between landlords and tenants, aiming to exceed individual and team targets.
• Coordinate with tenancy progression and property management teams to ensure all documentation and compliance checks are completed on time.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market trends, rental values and industry developments.
• Identify business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and cross‑referral activity.
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation, ARLA Propertymark standards, RICS guidelines and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months’ experience in residential property lettings.
• ARLA qualification – desirable but not essential.
• Clean, valid driving licence.
