About the role

We are seeking an energetic Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic, independent estate agency operating across four locations in South‑West London. The role involves managing the full lettings cycle, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry through to move‑in.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective tenants.
• Negotiate rental terms to achieve the best outcomes for all parties.
• Stay updated on local rental market trends and advise clients accordingly.
• Handle all necessary paperwork and administrative duties related to lettings.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer‑focused service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
• Valid UK driving licence.
