About the role

We are looking for a dedicated live‑in housekeeper nanny to join a private household in South Kensington, London. The role combines full‑time housekeeping with caring for a 1‑year‑old child, supporting a single mother in a warm, busy home and occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, bed making, and maintaining high standards throughout the home.
• Run household errands and assist in the smooth daily operation of the residence.
• Provide nurturing care, development activities, and healthy meals for a 1‑year‑old child.
• Manage age‑appropriate routines, maintain the child’s bedroom and belongings, and offer sole‑charge childcare, including occasional overnight care.
• Travel internationally with the family when required and collaborate with existing household staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in private households, especially with young children.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Valid passport, ability to travel, and enhanced DBS (First Aid desirable).
• Professional, discreet, proactive, highly organised and adaptable.
