About the role
The UK Central Live Shopping Team is the hub for TikTok Shop's live eCommerce strategy. As the Live Strategy & Operations Manager you will shape the flagship auction project and drive the growth of the live commerce ecosystem across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Build dashboards and analytical frameworks to monitor live eCommerce performance (traffic, GMV, conversion, creator activity).
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses of sellers, creators and categories to surface actionable insights and market trends.
- Design and implement strategic frameworks for onboarding, incubating and scaling sellers and creators.
- Provide structured input for product features, traffic strategy and ecosystem policies.
- Oversee studio and merchant live operations, track budget efficiency and collaborate with finance, operations and category teams.
- Support the creation, promotion and go‑to‑market of eCommerce and digital marketing content.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, resource allocation or product marketing with a proven record of delivering successful projects.
