Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a loyal client portfolio through personalised clienteling.
• Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities in every client interaction.

• Proactively engage existing and prospective clients via appointments, outreach, and follow‑ups.
• Support the wider team in achieving boutique sales targets and maintaining high standards.

Required profile

• Experience within luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Proven track record of strong personal sales results.
• Excellent clienteling skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Confident, polished, and consultative sales approach.
