M&A / Corporate Finance Manager

About the role

K3 Deal Advisory is expanding its Manchester team and seeks an entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Manager to support a broad range of M&A transactions. You will work alongside lead advisors, providing partner‑led advice to entrepreneurs, investors and corporates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for acquisition and divestiture scenarios.
• Perform business valuations and prepare investment memoranda.
• Draft client presentations, pitch books and other transaction documentation.
• Attend meetings with clients, co‑advisors and funders, representing the advisory team.
• Assist in project management and coordination of transaction timelines.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Background in a large accountancy practice, boutique corporate finance firm or investment bank.
• Experience in audit or accounts with exposure to corporate finance or transaction services.
• Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills.
