Machine Line Operator – Rotating Shifts

About the role

We are looking for experienced Machine Line Operators to oversee the day‑to‑day running of our filling and labelling lines. The successful candidate will ensure production lines operate efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the filling and labelling line throughout the shift.
• Keep bottle and cap hoppers stocked to prevent downtime.
• Monitor machinery performance and maintain overall line flow.
• Identify rejected products or quality concerns and report to Quality Control.
• Carry out basic operator adjustments and settings where appropriate.
• Escalate machinery faults or breakdowns to the Engineering team.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering and Production teams to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment.
• Experience with filling, bottling, labelling or automated production lines is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to identify issues quickly and take appropriate action.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently when required.
• Flexible approach to rotating shift patterns.
